We were working with both Jim Saber and Kevin Marks. The customer service experience was on point from beginning to end. Even after leaving the lot in a new car(used loaner) I had no idea would happen, the exceptional customer service experience continued. Little did I know that Kevin was still working on getting my APR lowered. He actually made a call to Honda Financial on my behalf and was able to take the APR from 6.90% to 1.99%!
