As the morning continued I began to consider the possibility of buying mainly due to the lack of high pressure tactics and the quality of product available in impressive quantities. After a quick decision James buzzed into action to make us comfortable with it. He even offered to pick up some lunch while we were processed. He was very prompt in our internet pricing inquiry on a new 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. Am We had a great experience with Bryan Kerr at Norm Reeves Honda. He was very prompt in our internet pricing inquiry on a new 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. Among other offers, his price stood out by a lot, to the point that other dealerships would not match the offer and even scared us that he was using sneaky tactics to hide additional fees. When we spoke by phone, though, he assured us that he doesn't play those games and, sure enough, his offer was legit when we met him in person. He was also very friendly and accommodating to our busy schedules, agreeing to meet with us later in the evening (even after his normal work hours). If there was one [minor] flaw, it was the time it took to get to the Finance department to finalize paperwork (only because there were 1-2 other deals ahead of us in queue.) Overall, though, from beginning to end, it was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. More
