I was first in contact with Long when I sent out quote requests from all the local Honda dealerships. He was responsive and not overly pushy so I added Norm Reeves Irvine to my list of dealerships to consider. The following weekend, I walked into Norm Reeves Irvine after coming from a different dealership that gave me the feeling that getting a new car was more of a chore than a fun/exciting process. Long was not there when we first walked in (not his fault- I didn't make an appointment) so I was greeted by someone else. He was nice, but I didn't feel like there was a good personal connection when I was asking questions and getting information from him. I was actually considering going to the 3rd Honda dealership on my list, but this all changed when Long showed up! I already knew the exact car I wanted prior to visiting the dealership, and talking to Long assured me that buying the car I wanted would be a smooth process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and put my family members and I at ease throughout the entire process. Even though my family and I were asking questions the entire time we were there, Long was personable and gave his professional yet honest opinion from start to finish. I'm so glad Long was the sales associate for my first car purchase- he definitely rounded out the experience to be a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family looking for a Helpful Honda Dealer. Thank you again, Long! More

I leased a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback and there weren't a lot to choose from in the EX but Alex found My salesman was Alex Nazer and he was fantastic!
