Fair Price Poor Service Don't get me wrong, this dealership offers better prices than others but once you're not interested in the extra features they have to offer, you are Don't get me wrong, this dealership offers better prices than others but once you're not interested in the extra features they have to offer, you are treated horribly. They are not very welcoming to begin with as if the paying customer needs to work for the sales team's attention. The sales team wants to relive their so called glory days of high school and act as if they are a gift to the world, reality check - no, not even close. They treat people based on how they think people should be treated. If you look like you're coming in with money, roll out the red carpet. Otherwise, don't hold your breath. Even with the closing of the deal, the finance guys are just so rude. They can "give" you a better deal but once you don't take it, they are cold and robotic. Our guy cared more about getting his hands on the hot dogs they were cooking for Fourth of July. I got a call from our sales guy and asjed if he can mail me the manual because the car was missing it. He gave me his word he would call back the next day to confirm. Nothing. I realize car salesmen are not known for their service BUT people should treat people fairly. Don't be rude and keep your word. More

Fast and professional I was looking for a used car and had some credit challenges. I put a request in to Norm Reeves Honda and received a call from both Giancarlo the sale I was looking for a used car and had some credit challenges. I put a request in to Norm Reeves Honda and received a call from both Giancarlo the sale person and Todd Arnold the Finance mgr. I told him my needs and pricing parameters. He came up with a car they had taken in and so I went down to the dealer. When I arrived Todd had the finance papers prepared and Giancario showed me the car. The whole process took only 30-40 minutes and it was probably the most pleasant experience I've had buying a car. I do recommend Norm Reeve Honda and both gentlemen to anyone. More

Getting an oil change with no appointment I was due for an oil change on my 2016 Accord so I just drove in and waited in line without an appointment, I was told it may take up to almost two ho I was due for an oil change on my 2016 Accord so I just drove in and waited in line without an appointment, I was told it may take up to almost two hours and I said OK. I waited in your show room where it was nice and quiet and cool. It did not take as long as two hours so I was out in about an hour and half, I skipped the car wash. everything was very polite and done in a very mannerly way. After getting quotes from seve I filled out a quote on trucar and within seconds, Ashley Jeter from Norm Reeves Honda contacted me with a great quote! After getting quotes from several other Honda dealers I decided to meet with Ashley in person at Norm Reeves because she was so prompt with answering all of my questions! I met with her in the afternoon and two hours later I walked out with my dream Honda Civic last week thanks to Ashley!! She made the process of leasing a car easy and so much fun!!!
