Friendly and professional, but a bit late I was treated in a friendly and professional matter throughout the process. My only complaint was that I scheduled a test drive, but the car was not I was treated in a friendly and professional matter throughout the process. My only complaint was that I scheduled a test drive, but the car was not ready until over an hour later and I had to leave by then, so I was forced to come back in several hours later. I was offered the option of the car being driven to my home or business to make it easier on me, which I appreciated, but the appointment should never have been agreed upon in the first place if the employee was aware that the car would not be ready by the time of the appointment. After that initial disappointment, I was always provided with quick and friendly service after that, as if I was the dealer's most important client. More
