I was warned that when I went into the dealer, I may find a "bait and switch" situation with the car not being there - or extra fees added on, etc. I was fully prepared to walk out if any of these things started to surface. But - to my welcome surprise - everything was exactly as agreed upon in the emails! Alex was on vacation, so Quincy was given all of the information. Quincy was wonderful and explained every bell and whistle in the car (and there are lots of them!). We were in and out with a new car in just over 2 hours... quick, easy, no surprises! I will definitely go directly to Norm Reeves Irvine in the future - and Quincy will be my first call the next time I'm looking to make a car purchase. More

Ok Experience Overall my experience was average. The entire process took about 3 hours. Alex presented himself professionally in going over my lease-end options but Overall my experience was average. The entire process took about 3 hours. Alex presented himself professionally in going over my lease-end options but was very aggressive when it came to negotiating. At one point I heard him tell another customer that the 0 down payment option was just a tactic to get people in the door, which I thought was very unprofessional. The finance manager (Rick) did a good job walking me through the paper work but was extremely pushy when it came to adding additional features to my plan. I thanked him for the suggestions and mentioned that I wasn't interested but he continued to insist and even told me that it would be a bad idea on my end not to get at least one option. At the end of the day, I believe that I got a fair price on my Civic but was not entirely satisfied with my experience at Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine More
