Cooper Mugg is an unprofessional Lying Snake!!! So I had made up my mind in purchasing a car from Honda so I stopped by this dealership because I read the reviews on it I was helped by a young man b So I had made up my mind in purchasing a car from Honda so I stopped by this dealership because I read the reviews on it I was helped by a young man by the name of Jacob Robinson he guided me through the car and we went inside to review the details and paperwork he got my information down and went to his desk manager Cooper who gave him what he describes as the pencil to show me the price of the car and everything that’s included I quickly told him I did not want the gap insurance or service contact and alarm so he said ok no problem I will tell my manager (Cooper) to remove them so he comes back not too happy and tells me that Cooper removed everything except the alarm he showed me the 2nd pencil and the alarm had not been removed so I asked why did he not remove it and he said that he didn’t want too because he wanted to make some money on the car and he said he told Jacob to tell me the most absurd excuse to why he couldn’t remove the alarm which was because it was already installed in the car and they couldn’t remove it which is complete xx since Jacob said they could deactivate it he told me Cooper was trying to SCREW me so I asked him how is he a manager when he tries to screw customers and he told me it’s because his dad Brad is the owner or the dealership then I understood what was going on this Kid Cooper had the audacity to try and Scam me and have Jacob do the dirty work I thanked Jacob for his honesty and left the dealership I was so pissed that this dealership is run by clowns so sad they do this to their customers I will never return ever again and to Cooper I hope Karma gets the better of him. More
