Today, 2/6, Brett started taking care of us because Tom was in another area—just to kind and courteous. Tom returned and completed our transaction in such a timely and efficient manner. Very bad experience with the advisor Jacob Jacob advised me four new tires, charged me six hundred dollars and two weeks later I got two punctures in two different tires in just three days..... Jacob advised me four new tires, charged me six hundred dollars and two weeks later I got two punctures in two different tires in just three days......when I went back to him he overcharged me $40 only for one puncture......two days later I got another with the new tires and they denied to accept that the quality of tires is bad.....tires were Bridgestone and very low quality......I would never deal with this dealer again in terms of sales and services.....they didn’t give me the honest advice and they overcharged me....I checked my old tires with another dealer and they said my old tires could run for minimum 3000 miles while in Normreeves Irvine they just changed them and overcharged me with a poor customer service sale More
