He helped me purchase a CR-V with a special color combination that was not readily available. He made sure that the vehicle I wanted was ordered and contacted me several times during the waiting period to let me know when to expect it. Throughout the purchase process, he exhibited traits that make him a great sales person in my opinion. I noticed that he listened and paid attention to our concerns and/or issues we had with the vehicle under consideration. He was very patient. He quietly observed us as we looked over the vehicle. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured into making a purchasing decision. His knowledge about the vehicle is very good and he was able to fully explain the features of the CR-V. He never employed any high pressure sales tactics, allowing me to make decisions about a particular vehicle without interference. He followed up with me after the sale at regular intervals to make sure that I am still happy with the purchase and offered to answer any further questions I may have.
