Amazing Car Buying Experience! I could not believe how amazing and efficient Bryan Kerr was in helping us to get a 2018 Pilot at an incredibly low price. I had searched around ever I could not believe how amazing and efficient Bryan Kerr was in helping us to get a 2018 Pilot at an incredibly low price. I had searched around everywhere, and Bryan's quote for me was the lowest out of all of them. He promised me the price over the phone AND via email. When I got to the dealership, the price he quoted was EXACTLY the same as what we paid. No gimmicks, no games. Bryan was so efficient that he got all of our info ahead of time, so by the time we got to the dealership, our credit was already checked and all paperwork was ready for us to sign. We were at the store for less than two hours and we walked out with a gorgeous new Pilot. I am grateful to Bryan for offering us such an awesome deal and for being such a great salesman. QUESTIONABLE ETHICS My last two trips are as follows: 1. Catalytic converter replacement that wouldn't initially honor a quoted repair price I had received a few month My last two trips are as follows: 1. Catalytic converter replacement that wouldn't initially honor a quoted repair price I had received a few months earlier. Eventually with my discussion of going to the service manager regarding it was honored. Also a new repair additional part was added to the repair at the last second but not represented as an optional repair (catalytic convertor sensor). After discussion I was able to determine that it was recommended not necessary. The part added another $500-$600 to the repair. I called the service manager to discuss but still waiting for a return call. 2. I brought my 2006 mini-van in for a leak in the undercarriage about 3 months ago. Honda told me I needed to replace my transmission at a cost of $5k. I took the car out of the dealership to a local transmission shop (Irvine Transmission) for a second opinion. They told me the transmission was fine but it was a leak near the transmission and they didn't do that kind of work. I took the car back to Honda and suddenly my transmission was fine but it was a leak near the transmission. Somehow the service team doesn't know how to diagnose a problem like this. More
