After test driving a car that caught my eye, Kasem waited patiently as I talked over my purchase and analyzed the car a bit further in private. I am very practical and analytical so he waited for over an hour, and I am well aware that most people probably don't dissect their purchases like this. As we signed paperwork and got things in order, Kasem made sure that we were comfortable. He even shared snacks from his desk, which is way beyond his responsibilities, but it showed his heart and passion for people and what he does. Everyone we came in contact with at this location was wonderful, and it was truly a game changer for me after having dealt with so many typical "car salesman" types in the past. Christoper goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Being a first time buyer, and having my car recently break down beyond repair of what I could afford, my nerves were shot. My father visited this Norm Reeves Irvine location, since it was close by to where he works. He met Christopher and spoke to him about my unfortunate circumstances and he right away called me to get more details so we can go ahead and explore my options. Christopher was very knowledgeable and elaborated carefully every option so I could fully comprehend them, that really helped me feel confident about moving forward. I decided to go for a used car and to my unfortunate luck, days later the car was already showing some faults. I call Christopher right away, not knowing it was his day off, and he was very kind enough to take my call. I am very thankful for that. He then instructed me to take it as soon as I could in the early morning. I took it on a Saturday morning and there were no auto techs who could look at the vehicle so the employees from the auto repair department told me to come back on Monday. I live in Long Beach and this was quite bit of a drive for me and I was not comfortable driving the car in its conditions. Christopher called me and I explained what happened and he went above and beyond to find a better solution than just a "come back on Monday". He reached out to Dan Saidy the sales manager and Dan was amazing! He apologized for the issues and not only did he assure me the techs would look at the vehicle as soon as they could, he got me into a borrowed car from the dealership so I didn't have to worry about driving back home or going to work in a car that needed to be checked by an auto technician. I then decided to purchase a new car instead, as Christopher advised it would give me a greater piece of mind and it really has. They both are an exceptional example of what serving others truly is and going above and beyond to making it right. I thank them both very much for turning this around and making this a great first buyer experience. I am truly grateful. I will be paying this kindness forward. Thank you! More

I wanted a blue CRV, and there was not one on the lot so he drove to Cerritos dealership and brought me one back! What service! I was always a little skeptical after the "Mugg" dynasty left, however I am pleased to announce that the overall experience is still top notch. When I picked up of my Odyssey, I had noticed that there was a scratch on the display screen of my van. Contrary to the common stereotype of "Minivan owners", I actually have no kids, and use the van as my daily driver, and I like to keep my van clean on the inside and outside, so I knew that the scratch was not from me. I spoke to Brandon Son about it, and he immediately involved his manager Thomas Lowery to assist. A week later, my car is fixed, and everything was taken care of. Since I had done my leg work and I had the numbers already coming to an agreement took some time but that's just how the game is played haha. Daniela is an amazing person she was upfront about everything no bait and switch or sweet talk me into coming in the dealership. There was no pressure from them just to make the sale. Spoke with Daniela for 20-30min and the next day we sat down with leo and made the purchase happen. I had contacted Ocean Honda and Diamond Valley Honda and provided them same exact numbers. The gentleman at ocean honda told me the payment I am looking for I would need to put 8K down. Sorry but this isnt 1999 we have this thing called the internet. That's all I gotta say Diamond Valley Honda just gave me all the discount which I KNOW I dont qualify for. Just to bring me in and tell me oh you dont qualify for the following discount. Bait didnt work. Norm reeves honda Irvine made a smooth transaction. Coming from 2018 dodge challenger which was our family car and driving with my 9 month old daughter is not the best car. My wife loves the car and my daughter even though she's only 9 months we see it and hear her excitement being in a open car and she can see outside the windows.
