Solid Crew! I am one of many individuals out there who is struggling with less than perfect credit. This past week, I was in desperate need of a vehicle. My faith I am one of many individuals out there who is struggling with less than perfect credit. This past week, I was in desperate need of a vehicle. My faithful 2001 PT Cruiser had taken her last breath. Came across many dealerships online who could "help" customers in my situation. After 4-5 attempts of purchasing a used car... Lets just say I am glad I didn't sign with any of those lots. Buyer beware, if you happen to be shopping in a used dealership with unconfirmed credibility, please do your homework and do not purchase on impulse. It is so easy to overlook important information when you're in need of something. The brutal truth is that sellers prey on your emotions, before you know it you're in a lemon with a ridiculous payment and high mileage. Long story short - My mom happened to call to check on me. She STRONGLY suggested that I leave whatever lots I was shopping at and to phone Norm Reeves in Irvine. Last year she was going through a similar struggle and let me tell ya...These guys are the epitome of a genuine sales man or sales lady. A former employee ( who was promoted to another position) Got my mom into a practically new 2015 Honda Accord. She was previously driving a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, so this new car was a dream to her. I called to find the same gentleman and was quickly referred to Todd. From what I've heard he's a busy guy. Not busy as in too good for his time, busy. Busy as in, He is serving many other customers and helping them drive off into a vehicle at a helpful rate. In other words, genuinely looking to meet your needs based on your situation with no ulterior motives. Sadly, I was a day too impatient to speak with Todd. He responded quickly the following day to help me. But I was lead to another dealership and ended up signing off from there. For now I have a car, But my instincts strongly feel to contact Norm Reeves Irvine next year when I am ready to upgrade. My mom will be doing the same as well. If you're in the market for an upgrade, i'll save you the hassle and tell ya that these guys can help. Todd Arnold would be my first go to when phoning them. Be patient and don't settle on impulse. No matter how in need you feel. Patience will pay off long term. More
