Brett Petrikas= Great Customer Service I was super stressed from work when I pulled up for my 4:00pm appointment. I was quoted about an hour and a half but I was out earlier than that so a big thanks to the guys changing my oil too. On my next visit, I will get the tires rotated and the transmission fluid changed. I will only get my Civic services at Norm Reeves Irvine and hopefully Brett will always be there. More

Great! In and out quickly I called ahead of time to inquire about a specific car they had on the lot and they were very helpful. We had our own financing but they were able to come super close to what we had so we used their financing. All around great experience. More
