However, the car was not at the dealership so I had to leave and come back after he went to go get it. I would have rather just come once and done everything at once. He also mentioned that he believed all of the civic sports (the car I bought) came with a black interior (which is what I wanted) and when my car arrived, the interior was black and beige. However, if there was a way to give him 4.5 stars in stead of 4, I definitely would have. His overall communication was great. He went over stuff about the car with me before I drove it off the lot. He didn't belabor the point when he spoke to me and kept everything clear and concise. He made sure to communicate to me what days he would not be at the dealership and was upfront with me about everything. He also quoted me the best price online and was able to match the estimate that I received from Carmax to trade in my other car. I also had an issue with the title because my parents were trying to put the title of my old car into my name and he made things easier for me by figuring out how to do it through the dealership. He didn't call me incessantly like other dealerships and was clear both on the phone and in person. I really appreciated his communication skills and that he didn't make me fell like he was simply a salesman. He truly listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get me the price I wanted to pay. He made my first car buying experience by myself very quick and painless. I would definitely go back to him or recommend him. More
