Basic service I made an appointment for my car, for a regular B1 service, on a Monday morning. They were very busy, but I was met right away by Josue Ortiz, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got me checked in and set up with a loaner car. He indicated that my service should be done by 3 or 4 that afternoon. I got a text message from him at 4:15, that my car was ready. Not only was all the service done, but my car was detailed and cleaned, inside and out. We also were charged less than the original estimate. We've purchased and/or leased our last three (3) vehicles from Norm Reeves, and have been very happy. We wouldn't go anywhere else. More
