This was my first time buying a car all by myself. After talking about what I wanted in my future car and my budget, he showed me a few options. He had found exactly what I wanted and the price was well within my budget. Finding the car, test driving, finance department working with my bank, and signing documents was all painless. Jim made it a comfortable experience for me. I never got the "cliche car salesman" from him. He's a down to earth guy. I was looking for a family car so I was on the look out for My previous vehicle got totaled in an accident and I needed to get a replacement vehicle. I was looking for a family car so I was on the look out for a Honda CRV or a Subaru Outback. I did a lot of research and I shopped around to a bunch of different dealerships and got approved for a pretty good rate at one. I told Casey at the Norm Reeves Irvine location exactly what I was being offered and he basically told me that he could match what I showed him. I came in a bit skeptical at first because I wasn't sure if he was being upfront. I ended up picking up a vehicle that day that was a little more out of my price range, but something that I knew would last for my family. I wasn't able to get the same interest rate but I was still happy with it. A week later, I found out that they actually got me approved for a different loan at a LOWER rate that's almost 3 points lower than what I signed on the original contract. I was pretty surprised and when I went to investigate it, the guy who did the paperwork told me that he really liked me and wanted to do something nice for my growing family. I told him that they got a customer for life now. I was treated with respect. They didn't use any traditional sales man techniques on me and didn't play any games like other local dealerships. If I could give more stars, I totally would. Will be buying more cars to come from this dealership just from this experience and telling anyone else I know to do the same.
