TALKED TO THE MANAGER GUS HERNANDEZ WHO WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT SATISFIED AT ALL. PURCHASED A BRAND NEW HONDA CRV-EX THAT MY WIFE WAS NOT SATISFIED. TALKED TO THE MANAGER GUS HERNANDEZ WHO WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND FLATLY REFUSED TO RETURN WITH FEW DAYS AND I ONLY DRIVE 10 MILES BACK AND FORTH FROM DEALER TO MY HOME. I EVEN WANTED TO EXCHAGE WITH ANOTHER EX TOURING BUT THEY SHOWED ME USED TOURING VEHICLES FOR A PRICE THAT I WAS OK TO PAY AS A DIFFERENCE. THEY COMPLETELY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A SITUATION LIKE WHEN YOU WANT A CAR FOR YOUR SPOUSE AS A SURPRISE GIFT FOR HER AND IF SHE DOES NOT LIKE OR WANT A LITTLE BETTER VERSION THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.
