The Honda service department in Irvine is the BEST! Our family has been nothing but pleased with the service we've received on all our vehicles at this location over the years. Each staff member we've dea family has been nothing but pleased with the service we've received on all our vehicles at this location over the years. Each staff member we've dealt with has been personable, professional, and knowlegeable -- and we've appreciated that they're not pushy or pompous. We've never had a complaint about the work performed on our vehicles. In addition, the job has always been performed within the estimated time frame -- usually, earlier than expected! I certainly have not been able to give such compliments to other --especially non-Honda -- service departments. We're grateful to Irvine's fine staff for providing us with consistently excellent service. They have made loyal customers out of us! More

While I was waiting for routine maintenance sitting in the service waiting room in a comfortable chair with a TV and magazines available, EVERY Honda person who walked through the waiting room (mechanics, the service waiting room in a comfortable chair with a TV and magazines available, EVERY Honda person who walked through the waiting room (mechanics, salespeople, administrative folks) smiled and said hi. Several asked if they could help me. Coffee and vending products were available. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The work was done well in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. What a lovely experience! More
Very prompt friendly service and comfortable setting. I had the feeling I actually mattered as a customer. It was a very "white glove" experience. Bravo, Fladeboe! had the feeling I actually mattered as a customer. It was a very "white glove" experience. Bravo, Fladeboe! More

I've always trusted the dealers for any maintenance or regular services. I just droped my car for a 85k miles sevice and paid $90 for minor service as recommended by the dealer. 1 hour later the dealer ca regular services. I just droped my car for a 85k miles sevice and paid $90 for minor service as recommended by the dealer. 1 hour later the dealer called me and told me that my radiator was leaking. Good thing that I've always pay good attention on my radiator, since I grew up in a tropical country where alot of people had radiator problem due to overheating or leak. So I know I dont have radiator problem bfore droping the car for service. As usual.., the service advisor (Sam Gilani) tried to convince me to change the whole radiator, which will cost me $560 + tax. Then I've decided to go to the dealer and ask the Mechanic to show me the leak, sure enough they couldn't show me the leak and just made up excuses, theory and problems. I just decided to pay the $90 service and left. I tried to warned the management by sending an email to the dealer and told them of what happend. Turned out the dealer have bigger problems than just the service department. Seems like, even the management knows what is going on in that dealer and they are working together to rip people off. Instead of contacting me and try to solve the problem. The lady which I didn't get the name nor I care about that dealer anymore, who called me, left a message on my phone and said, thank u for contacting Fladeboe dealer, but she wasn't clear on why I'm contacting the dealer, wheter I need to buy a new car or something. Then they spammed me with cars for sale through email, I got emails from 2 different sales person from that dealer, trying to sell a car. I know how it feels to own a car dealer filled with criminals working for you, its not going to be long till some xxxx will happend. I just feel sorry for the owner of that dealer. The next day I checked my car and I believe they didn't even changed the oil, bcause I can see the oil in my car is dirty like an old oil. Then 2 days later I took my car to another Honda dealer in Anaheim called Hardin Honda to check, if there's really any leak on my radiator. They charged me $102.98 to run a diagnostic. Then they told me there's no leak at all on my radiator but I'm loosing coolant, bcause the leak coming from the engine block (which another lie). I will put another review and explained what happend to me with Hardin Honda Anaheim. More
When we brought the car in for service, we were told it would be done at 1:00 p.m. We were asked if we wanted to stay and wait or leave and receive a call. We had errands to run so we left and returned at would be done at 1:00 p.m. We were asked if we wanted to stay and wait or leave and receive a call. We had errands to run so we left and returned at 1:00. When we returned the cashier did not have our paper work and she, who by the way was very helpful, checked and she told us it would be done at 1:30. We waited, at 1:40 we checked again. We also never did receive a phone call. She directed us to our repair rep. He was very laid back about the whole deal. Saying, "Oh your paperwork is here somewhere. Oh here it is on top." He then proceeded to put in some computer numbers and finally said the paperwork was sent to the cashier. The whole process seemed less than efficient. In the meantime other people who had sat and waited were helped sooner. I feel I need to say I will wait for the car to actually have it ready in a timely manner. When I did get the car it had been washed, but just barely and the windows had not been washed. Not a very good experience overall. More
Great experience. I waited for my car in the waiting room, it was clean, well maintained and supplied. Had both water and coffee, plus vending machines. Employees kept me informed of the status of my room, it was clean, well maintained and supplied. Had both water and coffee, plus vending machines. Employees kept me informed of the status of my repair, at the completion Doug spent a good deal of time walking me thru my bluetooth and gps. My only issue is the cost of an oil change. Pretty steep! Wasn't ready to hear that the front brakes needed to be replaced. Just purchased the car (certified used) in December 2010. Also wasn't prepared for the cost of a 30,000 mile check-up. replaced.
