Sam has helped me several times. He is friendly and helpful. I brought in my Pilot because I thought I only needed an oil change but I later found out I needed my 60k service and my rear brakes needed helpful. I only intended and wanted to spend $40 but instead I left spending $450. I really wish a lower price could have been granted me. I realize it was probably out of Sam's control so I place no fault to him. I just wish I would not have had to spend so much. I am a loyal customer and have been servicing my vehicle there for several years now. Financially I'm on a very tight budget so I would have preferred to not spend so much but I also don't want to drive in an unsafe vehicle. Thank you, Angela Gomez More

I went in for service because of the recall for our year and model Honda. I was handled with courtesy and the necessary "fix" was performed in a timely manner. A grease/oil stain was placed by an employee on the cloth portion of the arm rest on the driver door panel. This was disappointing as now I have to try and figure out how to remove it. The brake job on my portion of the arm rest on the driver door panel. This was disappointing as now I have to try and figure out how to remove it. The brake job on my car appears to be just fine. I understand that precautions are taken to minimize soiling vehicles during maintenance, but this grease stain was obvious and it was not mentioned to me by the staff. -Al Lopez More

Service was awesome. My only feedback would be that the prices are high. I realize parts can be expensive but everytime I go to your dealership I feel like I'm breaking my wallet. Burton pointed out to me before the service started that there were small dings on the passenger door that I was unaware of. I appreciated that realizing the dings were there beforehand. So far it was my first time to try with Fladeboe Honda, and the service dept was trying their best to accommodate. I started trying this place to see how efficient it was after bought a new car. I have been taking my car to your dealership for all of my servicing on my Honda. I have always received fair and honest treatment. I went in once asking maybe for new tires and they looked and said, no, my servicing on my Honda. I have always received fair and honest treatment. I went in once asking maybe for new tires and they looked and said, no, I still have quite a few miles left. The service rep could have sold me a new set and I would have been done the wiser.
