My 2009 Civic Hybrid had to be taken in for a new transmittion. They didn't want to give me a "loner" car. Said corporate had approved the transmittion (it was covered not only in factory warranty, b transmittion. They didn't want to give me a "loner" car. Said corporate had approved the transmittion (it was covered not only in factory warranty, but I also have 100,000 mile, bumper to bumper)but they wouldn't agree to get me a rental. I insisted and they got me approved for one day. My car ended up being there for 6 days and everyday I called to get the "rental" extended and they did it, one day at a time. Everytime I called the dealership to get the status of my car (they never called me)after leaving numerous voicemails and finally reaching either Oscar or Sylvia, I was asked, " Hasn't Oscar called you? I told him too." or " Hasn't Sylvia called you? She was supposed to." I have never seen people put things off on others the way that dealership did. I will say, Sylvia stepped up to the plate and did make things happen. She made the calls every day to get me the rental car and she made sure when the part finally arrived a week later, they put it in my car that day and I was able to pick up my car that night. She made the experience end a lot better than it began. Overall, I wasn't very impressed with the way things were handled at all. I pay good money to have that car and that warranty and It isn't too much too expect to be treated professionally and as though my business matters. In answer to the obove question as to whether I would recommend this dealership, you didn't offer my honest answer which is, " I really don't know at this point". Although Sylvia was able to ultimately make things better, it was a very frustrating week. More
I've felt satisfied and trusting in their very good job to my car. The employee that attended me was explicit and polite, despite it was on Saturday and had a lot of people in reception. Received a "Customer Loyalty Card" 20% off ANY service, service writer was very supportive that this applied to any service. When I went to pick up the car (after the work is done and if I want m service, service writer was very supportive that this applied to any service. When I went to pick up the car (after the work is done and if I want my car I have to pay), I was told that the 60,000 mile service was already "so discounted" they couldn't honor the 20% discount. Your advertisement clearly states ANY service/repair would be discounted 20%, the service manager still didn't want to honor the card, until I told the young woman helping, and she was very nice, that if I had known that I would have taken my car back to Corona Honda, whose normal price for this service is the same as the price I would be paying with the 20% discount and I had that in print. At that time the service manager did discount the cost, but would not acknowledge me, apologize for the inconvenience or even look at me. He simply adjusted the price and stalked out. I was one of 3 people standing at the counter with the same coupon receiving the same story. Prior to my this service, I checked 4 Honda dealers in the area, of which, yours had the highest cost, but thought with the coupon it would be much more affordable. Either there is a communication problem between the sales and service department or the Customer Loyalty card 20% off is false advertising. Can't say whether I'll come back or not. At this point I will most likelydrive back to Corona Honda that I've used for many years without ever having a problem. More
I brought the car in twice for service regarding the clicking/tapping noise I hear somewhere coming from behind the backseats. The first time I was told the problem was fixed but when I drove it home, I still heard the noise so I brought it back the very next day, the manager test drove it and he thought he knew what the problem was. Again, I was told the problem was fixed. Well I am not sure what was fixed but unfortunately, the noise still exists and it is really annoying. I want to try a different dealer (Norm Reeves in Cerritos) but I need the car for work (in Irvine) and they don't do the diagnostics on the weekend so I am not really happy the way it turns out. The car is only 4 months old. More

I had the worst experience ever and the worst customer service. i went to purchase a floor mats, i been told they don't have in stock, so they said comeback to pick up your mats next week. so it took me 3 service. i went to purchase a floor mats, i been told they don't have in stock, so they said comeback to pick up your mats next week. so it took me 3 weeks to go back, cause i didn't have the time. when i went back to pick up the mats, they were searching all ove the storage area about 20 minutes. the employee came back and said, we don't have it we need to re order them again, and we will deliver them to your house ASAP. i recieved a phone call 3 days later to go and pick up the mats again. i told that person i dont have the time to do so , your department promised me to deliver them to my house. then i heard that called laughing at me and said, you not serious Sir, i said i am serious. then he said he will check with his manager, and will get back to me withen 2 hours.
