I called for an 11:00 appt.& told the person on the phone that I would wait for the service to be completed. When I arrived on time, I was told that the service would take 3 hours. It would have been helpful if I would have been told this when the appt. was made. I accepted your schuttle service. The driver was polite. The only complaint I have is that my car wasn't ready until about 4:00. The time the schuttle arrived at my home, it was close to 5:00. I had no idea this would take all day. More
Repair estimate was false/misleading/FRAUDULENT. This business attempted to make money by selling unnecessary parts/services. I took my car in for a repair estimate and decided not to have my car repa business attempted to make money by selling unnecessary parts/services. I took my car in for a repair estimate and decided not to have my car repaired at this dealership. When I took it to another repair shop (where the part I needed was under warranty) I discovered that my car didn't need a new part and something had just come loose/unscrewed. This dealership attempted to STEAL at least $300 from me. In addition, I gave the estimate this dealership gave me to another repair shop and only half of what was on the estimate was actually needed. Seriously, Protection agencies should patrol/constantly supervise/audit and/or close down this business. Stay AWAY from this dealership!!!!! More
I went last week for an oil change and had new rear brakes also put on. The service man kept me in the loop and the car service was completed within two hours. I have always seen the staff treat all customers very kindly and one feels like going back for service, becuase you are treated like the customer really counts. More
I did not buy my van from Fladeboe but I have always had it serviced / repaired in Irvine. I have always found the servoce to be excellent. My normal service rep, Oscar, was ill the last day I brought in it serviced / repaired in Irvine. I have always found the servoce to be excellent. My normal service rep, Oscar, was ill the last day I brought in my van. I was delighted that Viviana was as friendly, efficent and as wonderful as Oscar. There were a couple of problems with my van and they fixed them the same day. I don't see myself going anywhere else for my Honda needs. More
Even though this dealership is far from where I live, I always bring my car here because of the friendly service I get. I trust Jason with my car and have never had any problems with my car. I came in for an oil change, a differential fluid flush and to have some buzzing in my interior looked at. Quality of work: I'm happy with the quality of work. The buzzing is gone and I was able to drive off the lot, so I guess the oil change and differential fluid flush is good too. While they were working they found that my battery wasn't passing their test, so it was replaced under warranty. Truthfully, I was surprised by that since I hadn't had any problems with it, but as long as I didn't have to pay for it who cares right? Customer Service: I wasn't thrilled about my customer experience. I think going in on a Saturday attributed to my unsatisfactory experience. It basically boiled down to 2 things: 1) I had forgotten that I had gotten my diff fluid flushed last time I was there (about 10 months ago, 5k miles ago). Granted that's my own fault, but the service consultant didn't catch that either. So basically I paid $80 for an unnecessary service. Makes me wonder what the point is of me continuing to go to the same dealer for my service. 2) My consultant was totally slammed that evening. I dropped my car off at 8am and I was still waiting for it at 4:30pm. The service consultant had been keeping me up to date on the progress throughout the day, but at 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) I still hadn't gotten word that my car was ready yet so I just went down there to wait for it. My consultant had to close out 3 customer before she got to me, while the other consultants were leaving for the night. Would have been nice to see a little teamwork so that customers wouldn't have to wait. Price: $80 for a diff. flush seems normal. $60 for an oil change is on the expensive side. Overall, I was just OK with my experience. It would have been a much better experience if they would have noticed that I had already gotten the differential fluid flush. Would I go back? Maybe. More
First of all, this was my first visit to your dealership so I was very disappointed with what transpired during my visit. I was greeted immediately as I pulled my car up to the service area. However, being that I've been there before, I approached the cashier counter area. There was a lady there who was working on the computer who continued to work on the computer until her phone rang. Then she answered the phone but still did not look up. Then another lady appeared but she just rifled through some papers. I gave both of them a few minutes to greet me but no greeting came. The lady looking through the papers answered my question of where I should go. I was brought to sit on a chair to wait for an associate to help me. There were 2 associates sitting at their desk who also did not greet me as I came in or acknowledge me when I sat down. Another couple minutes before the lady associate, Yenny, I think told me she would get my papers from the inspector and help me. When I made my appointment over the phone a few days before, I was told that my oil change to my car would take about 1 hour. The associate who helped me also said about 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour tops. However, IT TOOK 3 HOURS BEFORE I GOT MY CAR BACK! There was no communication as to any problems with my car or that they were behind. I had chosen to wait for the car since I was told my car would be done in about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. I understand there are issues with some cars when people bring them in, but I think it was VERY INCONSIDERATE of your staff to neglect to communicate to me the delay in getting my car back so I could make other arrangements for servicing my car. I had seen many people walk in and out of the facility who arrived after me. I Will Never Bring My Car Back To Your Facility Again And Will Be Sure To Let Others Know About The Treatment I Received. More

11-03-11 I went to Fladeboe Honda today, and havent been in there in several years. I usually went to Family Honda in RSM, but they have new owners, and seemed impatient over the phone. My Honda CRV 2006 runs GREAT! But For me, recieving my first Honda Recall notice, regular Oil changes & etc... and finding the time to have the repair is inconvenient. Needless to say, I was in an unpleasent mood.... Today I checked out the Fladeboe Dealership / Service Center in Irvine without an appointment. I found the people there to be "surprisingly": helpful & kind ! Being a name dropper, Service Reps: Silvia & Viviana, Mechanics: John & Doug had my Car Needs as their top priority, as well as completing the job efeciently and without much wait. I know Ray Fladeboe (looking down from Heaven) is proud that his dealership is in a positive, spiritual tone. More
