My '01 was recalled. They replaced everything quickly and even washed the car. Great service, very friendly and effecient. I found Oscar to be very helpful, especially since I dropped in without an appointment and was in a hurry to get home to an ailing family member. The customer service is very much appreciated. My biggest complaint is that when I get my car back the rugs and car mats are dirty, even though they use the paper mats.
