Leased a new Honda Crosstour. Al Tehrani was our sales person and did a fine job. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. Got paint sealed installed inside and out. Special kudos to Asst Service Mgr Sylvia Illman, as she took the time to call after hours to apologize for having to wait for our vehicle to be brought up from the rear service area. She also took the initiative to order an accessory free of charge because of the inconvenience. Installation pending along with rear mud guards which I ordered. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. More
I've owned Hondas for 26 years so I've been to a lot of dealers for service. Fladeboe is average to good. The best is by far Hardin Honda in Anaheim or Orange. I took my civic to Fladeboe in April of 20 dealers for service. Fladeboe is average to good. The best is by far Hardin Honda in Anaheim or Orange. I took my civic to Fladeboe in April of 2012, and it was about $650 to replace the starter. I guess that's the going price but I had no choice but to get it done because my car was towed there. But the technician said I needed rear brakes. Coincidentally, there was a rear brake special so I got it done. I was a bit surprised since I had the rear brakes done one year ago. My other Hondas seemed to go years before the rear brakes needed to be replaced. But what really bothered me was that the next month in May, my front brakes started having problems. I brought the car to Fladeboe and they said I needed front brakes. Why didn't they tell me this when my car was there the previous month? I was suspicious as to whether they even checked the brakes during my April visit, and rather just said I needed rear brakes because of their "special." Also, every time I have brakes done there they do not adjust the emergency brake, as Hardin always did. It just seems like Fladeboe "finds" more problems with my cars then Hardin. Hardin people were always nice and rarely found additional things wrong with my car. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not. When my cars came back from Hardin, they felt like they had been worked on. They drove like new cars. Not so with Fladeboe, Family Honda in Rancho Santa Margarita, or the Honda dealer near San Juan Capistrano. So I'm stuck with Fladeboe since I can't spend the time to drive to Hardin Honda in Anaheim. More

The service rep lied. I went in for an oil change but was told that they were running a special for minor maintence for 69.99. I asked if computer diagnostic was included and she said yes. Since I have seen told that they were running a special for minor maintence for 69.99. I asked if computer diagnostic was included and she said yes. Since I have seen my engine light come off and on, I re confirmed by asking if the tech would plug it in to retrieve error codes and she said yes. When I returned all was ready and she explained what they had done which was basic items covered during an oil change + tire rotation. When I asked about the diagnostic, she responded that all they do is look at the lights that come on on the dashboard when the engine is on.... Really? That's all they do? If that's the case why would I pay extra? I can look at my own dash when the engine is on. Never going to this dealer again. They just lost a customer. More

When I entered the parts/service area, I was waiting for an someone who was currently assisting other customers to be done and help me. Viviana came in and asked if I needed help, right away. It was nice to be asked and not have to approach someone. She went thoroughly over the prices of services and was never pushy or made me feel like she was up-selling me on anything. The shuttle service was prompt and very convenient. The only reason I gave a "bad" price to the service that was performed is that each individual service is all charged separately and none were included in a major bundled service. Also, because as services are added to the total work to be done, there is no break in price as you added each service. I may have done a little bit more if the discussion went more like, "if you do this AND that, I can take a bit off the price of the both put together." More
