My wife and I dealt with Trevor Haskett in the Service Department on a prior occasion and called him again to arrange an appointment the next day for oil change and wiper installation. When I brought our 2008 Honda EX-V6 Accord in Trevor prepared a detailed inspection list, including our concerns about a few issues. The car was ready as promised, but he noted our rear brakes might not make it to our next oil change as they were very low. We had him arrange for the rear brake job, which was still done by the time we were supposed to pick up the car originally. He gave us 10% off the cost of the oil change and brake job, and Trevor explained in detail all the inspections that were performed. He also had the car washed for us. Great communication, excellent value, and we have no reason to go anywhere else for service. More
We went in to have the roof rack installed on our newly purchased Honda Odyssey at the same dealership. Viviana was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the price and the rack installation was very well done. We definitely think that Fladeboe wants our long term business rather making a quick buck. Our '97 Honda Accord broke down again, I called Mr. Trevor Haskett and explained to him that the radiator fluid drained out and even though it was late afternoon, he told me to go ahead and have the ca Trevor Haskett and explained to him that the radiator fluid drained out and even though it was late afternoon, he told me to go ahead and have the car towed, we did and arrived about 6:30pm. Mr. Haskett had gone for the day but had every thing ready for us to just drop the Honda off and he would let us know. The next morning Mr. Haskett called to let us know in detail what the problem was and approx. cost to repair. We gave him the go ahead. He called again when the car was finished. When we arrived our car was at the service area ready and they even did a courtesy wash, I thought was nice. We went in to see Mr. Haskett and he explained in detail, the repair work and cost, he also gave a discount knowing we had done extensive repair only a month early, he had taken care of us then with getting the work done quickly and cutting the cost. Making payment was quick, we were in and out in about 10 minutes. I prefer to take my Honda Accord to "Fladeboe Honda" service to have repair work done (have done so for more than 9 years) because their service advisors have treated my wife and I well; always do great work (have the best mechanics) and saves us on cost. One day I will have to replace my Honda Accord (sad day) and "Fladeboe Honda" will help me out. More
Trevor was excellent - the shuttle wait was almost as long as the time it would take to service my car. He made sure they pushed my car to be done quickly so I would be able to take my car with me about long as the time it would take to service my car. He walked me through every step - just didn't push me to the next step - but made sure I was completely taken care of. I will ask for him at my next visit. More

The people who run Fladeboe are smart. They realized that in a bad economy, the one thing they can bring to the table to attract customers is service and they ramped up their service over the last few years. in a bad economy, the one thing they can bring to the table to attract customers is service and they ramped up their service over the last few years. I've been going to this dealer for over 10 years, so I have a handle on their history. In the past, when my car was ready, I was able to go directly to the cashier, pay, and get my car. The whole process could take under 10 minutes. They recently changed the procedure and now they make you talk to your service advisor before you can get your car, which means that if he's busy with another customer, you have to wait. It also means that when you drop off your car, you may have to wait longer because the service advisors aren't only helping other people who are dropping off cars, they're also spending time with people who are picking up their cars. This could add another 15 minutes to the time you have to wait when you show up, which had already been considerable at times, even if you have an appointment. I don't understand how this helps the customer. When I'm dropping off my car or picking it up, I'm BUSY. I want to get in and out in as little time as possible. Other than the quality of the repair work, low wait times are the single most important thing for me, and they just made the wait times longer at both ends. How does that help the customers? If I make an appointment to bring my car in at 10 AM and I arrive at 10 AM, shouldn't they be ready to take care of me at 10 AM? Isn't that the meaning of "appointment?" More

I actually live in Los Angeles, and although Irvine is about a 45minute drive from me, I am willing to drive all the way just for Fladeboe's great customer and car services. I've been to all other Honda dealerships in LA, majoring in Culver city and hollywood areas, to service my car, and have always had horrible customer service. In the other locations, my appointments would be "lost", and three hours for an oil change?! and the service people would always try to upsell and then force me to get other misc servicing products, like a new battery or wheel alignment. I understand sales is necessary, but they were just putting salt on an open wound. My friend recommended Fladeboe to me, and I was NOT disappointment! Roy is a sweetheart! He makes sure that you're happy with your car servicing before you take your car off the servicing lot. Even came with a car wash :D ! On top of that, the wait time was not as long as they had told me it would be. They have definitely earned a repeat customer! :) More

Roy came to get me from the waiting area, brought me to the service bay where the mechanic showed me exactly what the issue was. This is the 2nd Accord I have leased from Fladeboe and between the stellar service department and Pat Thomas, the GM, I wouldn't go anywhere else! More
