Dropped my car off this morning without an appointment. They were busy but I was quickly greeted and thanked for coming in. At other dealers their employees quickly remind you that you don't have an appointment or suggest that "you should have" and get the "your not welcome, we are too busy" feeling. Not the case today from Roy @ Fladeboe Honda. Roy welcomed me and didn't make me feel like a burden. I informed Roy that I wasn't in a hurry to get the car back and that I knew that I dropped in-told him that if someone else needed their car sooner that he could get mine done the next day. Roy called me later in the afternoon and stated that my car was ready. I was offered a free rental car but I didn't need it (nice touch). I took the free shuttle ride home and they even picked me up from home and brought me back. Roy did a great job for me! He even had my car washed and vacuumed after the work was completed. Roy & the team @ Fladeboe Honda EXCEEDED my expectations today!! Thank you!! More
I am very pleased with the service that I received from Fladeboe Honda! I went in for the 60k mile check up for my car. Viviana, not only did a visual inspection of my car's exterior (looking for scratches, dents, etc.) but she did a visual of the engine as well. She said that she noticed that some belts looked bad, asked if I had every had them done, and then said that she would have the mechanics take a closer look at them. When we entered the service office area, she looked up my information and asked if I were still happy with a previous repair that was performed a few months ago (an unrelated issue to this repair). Once we were finished with the paperwork, she offered a loaner car for me. Later in the day, Viviana called and explained that due to the extent of the repairs needed, my car would not be completed until the next day. She said that she would take care of getting the loaner car approved for a longer period of time. When my car was finished, Viviana took it upon herself to enroll me in Fladeboe's loyalty program, which gave me a percentage off the service of my total bill. I have had my Pilot for 10 yrs (this month -Dec), have had all of the necessary maintenance performed at a Honda dealership, but this was the first dealership that I actually liked. More
I was helped as soon as I got out of the car. My car was ready even before the time promised. I own 2010 CRV and had 33K miles. I encountered noise coming of passenger side of engine hood. Thus brought CRV to Fladeboe (I purchased Accord with Fladeboe before). I met with Ms. Viviana Saenz who ins coming of passenger side of engine hood. Thus brought CRV to Fladeboe (I purchased Accord with Fladeboe before). I met with Ms. Viviana Saenz who inspected vehicle and explained possible probolem. I found Ms. Saenz very co-operative and represented Fladeboe well. She explained how Honda will cover all costs and labor due to mechanical fault and CRV was still under warranty. She arranged for courtesy drop-off and even pick up when work was done. I strongly recommend Fladeboe Honda of Irvine if you have minor mechanical faults, service concern or just have your vehicle washed! More

The experience was very good from start to finish. When I pulled up to the service department, a representative (Roy Candanoza) came out to greet me. The service itself was completed quicker than expected, and any updates were well communicated by Roy to me throughout the day. When I came to drop off the loaner car and pick up my car, the process went very smoothly as well. The representative at the loaner dept. (Dave, I believe his name is) was also very professional and helpful. I was able to pick up our car quickly and with no complications. Thank you for the great job and excellent service! More
Although I am very disappointed in the renown Honda reliability, Viviana took much of the sting out of my frustration. At 4 years, 80,000 mile and still making payments, I don't expect parts (valve spr reliability, Viviana took much of the sting out of my frustration. At 4 years, 80,000 mile and still making payments, I don't expect parts (valve spring and EGR valve) that should last well over 100,000 miles in a less reputable manufacturer to break or need replacement in a Honda. Ultimately these parts cost me $1,700 ($300 at another shop included). However, Viviana was very attentive and patient in hearing me out, explaining what was done, and discounting my costs as best she could. It is my experience with her and the hope that no more Honda parts will die an early death that will keep me loyal to Honda service and consider Honda when I purchase my next vehicle. More
