I think I was unfairly overcharged. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was charged $39.95 for each . Under the code 25HOZ it clearly states the they will rotate and inspect my tires includ change and a tire rotation. I was charged $39.95 for each . Under the code 25HOZ it clearly states the they will rotate and inspect my tires included in the $39.95 price. However, a code of 03HOZB1 was then added for customer request tire rotation. Don't you think the man should have told me it was included in the first quote I recieved. NOt good. Then they told me I would need a catalitic converter at the cost of $2,500. I took it for a second opinion and the mechanic asked me if I was going up the toll road on the 241 and I told him as a matter of fact I was...........he said sometimes the four cylinder engines will have a function that causes the enging light to go on. Sure enough he told me to drive it a couple days and see if the engine light comes back on.....it hasn't. I was in the dealership this summer at a tune of $1,500. and I wonder how much of those repairs were unnecessary. It is very dihearting to think that someone at a reliable dealership would not be more helpful and try to offer service instead of overcharges. More
