Viviana Saenz was my service coordinator and she is absolutely the best. She explained what would be involved in the service of my car, gave me an estimate and said if additional work was involved aft absolutely the best. She has an excellent professional attitude. When making my service appointment, I always request for her. She called me when the car was ready and the shuttle picked me up shortly after that.
