However, his knowledge on the vehicles was a bit lacking, and found out later that he was making promises to me that he shouldn't have. However, when the manager found out about the confusion he was helpful in resolving the issue. I came out with a beautiful new car, and feel well taken care of by the Norm Reeves staff. If you're thinking about a Honda, go to Norm Reeves, their superstore selection is amazing (my car in my preferred color was on the lot) and they'll take great care of you! More

I had an appointment scheduled in the morning and waited 25 minutes before I was helped by an [unnamed] staff member who was impatient and honestly, just didn't want to be there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (assuming they were just having a bad day) and scheduled a second appointment since they were unable to solve any of my car's problems the first time around. Having tried to contact Sean Osborne numerous times, including leaving voice mails (since he was the advisor for my case), I was finally able to reach him and he was RUDE and his attitude completely unacceptable for someone who works in the service department. He had no idea what was going on and was quite incompetent. The service center is priced higher than other dealerships and does not provide a free car wash upon completion as other dealerships do. I would highly recommend you DETER from this dealership and especially this specific advisor. More
