He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, gave me every bit of information while test driving and followed through with great customer service while trying to negotiate prices and close the sale. He stayed past closing, and asked if I wanted to go over the features at 10pm but I declined, he offered for me to come back so he could go through the tech features on my car. He followed up with me the following day to make sure I was happy with my car and asked when I'd like to come by. He wasn't pushy and just trying to make a sale, he was patient and honest.
