Dan Ransom made our Honda Odyssey purchased went smoothly without any pressure. We communicated via email and head over to the dealer, spent only around 30 minutes with Dan as he promised there was no surprise at the dealer, and we were happy with the deal that Dan offered to us, then we moved over to the Finance Department to see Steven Nguyen spent around an hour to finalized our finance paperwork without a hiccup, no pressure for any additional services, just signed the paperwork and drove the new car home . I know that I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else and will make the drive every time to deal with a group of people I found, to be honest, down to earth, and truly cared about making my car buying experience a good one. I'm still happy with. It's nice to know that car buying doesn't have to be as daunting as many other dealerships still make it.
