His customer service was also excellent as he took the time to do such things as picking up the title for my trade-in at my home (thereby saving me a trip back to the dealership), following me to the gas station with my new car to top off the gas tank, and grabbing the license plate frame off my trade-in that I forgot to grab when I traded it in. I couldn't be happier, and I would definitely recommend James to anyone looking to get a Honda. More

Amazing customer service It's been a while since I was last in the market for a new car and almost forgot how much headache is involved when looking for a brand new car. After spending weeks in researching which car I wanted, and pretty much going from dealership to dealership in looking for my new car, not to mention dealing with sales people who didn't care whether they sell you a car or not it has gotten very disheartening. I decided to go to one last dealership before changing my mind and going with a different car, Norm Reeves, and I was very pleased and surprised at the amount of attention and help our sales representative, Mr. Kavoosi, has given us. I wanted to get a new Civic Hatchback in white and he really did make it happen. The gentleman was very attentive to my needs and wants and was especially very helpful. This is the first time I actually had a good experience buying a new car with no headache. I am very grateful for meeting Mr Kavoosi and all the help he has provided me with.
