Blaine showed us all the features of the car and told us everything we needed to know and Michael helped give us the deal we wanted. We negotiated for a while but at the end of it they gave us the rate and price we wanted, exactly the way we wanted it. They really do work hard to give their customers the best deal for the car they want. We even forgot a drivers license at our home and Blaine offered to drive us back to pick it up. I highly recommend buying a Honda from here! Ask for Blaine, he's very helpful. More

We ran into Salesman Mr. Julio Luna who was most pleasant and not forward or pushy as some can be. He helped us find the perfect car and we weren't expecting to buy on this day!! He was very informative which helped us make our decision. We then worked with Mr. Boc Nguyen in finance and he was also very pleasant and pushed our paperwork through with ease and in a timeless fashion. We are very happy with our experience here. It was even fun getting "locked in" Mr. Luna knows :) More

We were pleased with how they worked with our special circumstances trying to get approval from Honda Financial and our overall experience was more than satisfactory. Horrible experience I had a chat with one of the salesman through email. I specific that I don't have time to come in to negotiate about the price for a car because I am I had a chat with one of the salesman through email. I specific that I don't have time to come in to negotiate about the price for a car because I am a very busy person. He let me talk to the manager and they agreed on a price that I was happy with. So I came in that day but things started to change. The manager said that he was not able to sell if for me at that price since it has already expired. (Note: he said to come in on Tuesday, which I did) it was an overall bad experience. He was not able to keep his promise. I left the place not very happy. More

The loan was processed incorrectly (paperwork was never sent from norm Reeves to the bank); because of this we incurred late charges. When we tried to notify the finance department at the dealership, we did not receive any follow-up. We ended up having to pay the late charges, even though the car dealership never set up the own correctly in the first place. not only did we have to pay charges, but my excellent credit score is now in jeopardy. Completely unprofessional and non-existent customer service - once they get you to buy the car, they don't care about doing the job right or gaining a repeat customer. We're extremely disappointed. Misleading Salesmen, Horrible Customer Service Wow! I'm beyond furious! Warning to all of you: do NOT give Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach any of your business!!! They will tell you one thing an Wow! I'm beyond furious! Warning to all of you: do NOT give Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach any of your business!!! They will tell you one thing and then turn around and do the exact opposite. An absolute disgrace, and they just fall right into that stereotype that all car salesmen & dealers are out to take you for all you're worth. They failed so much with us, I'll never go back to them for ANY REASON, and I want everyone to know just how terrible they are, and how they outright LIED to us during the sale. First of all, we weren't planning on trading in our '12 Cr-V. Now I know we should never have walked into the dealer that day. However, Bryan Tully & Mike Lott called me one day, saying someone wanted to buy our car and that they could get us a good deal on a '14 Cr-V. So, my husband and I took them on their word, went down to the dealership, and traded in our '12 for a new '14. Mind you, I always send our payment in 2 weeks early to ensure it will arrive & be processed on time. So, when we went in, my July payment had already been processed even though it wasn't due for another week and a half. I told Bryan Tully that, and he said no problem, we'll receive a refund from Honda for that payment since it wasn't due yet, and we were planning on using that refund as the first payment on our '14. Did I receive it? No!! Instead, a couple weeks later, I received ANOTHER BILL for the '12 WHICH WE NO LONGER HAD!! When I called Honda Financial Services to ask about it, they told me there was nothing they could do on their end, and that I should contact Norm Reeves Huntington Beach directly. I did, and Dale in finance told me I won't be getting that money back because they had already processed my payment. What??!! Even though I explained to him that my payment wasn't due until AFTER WE NO LONGER HAD THE VEHICLE, he maintained that I'm not entitled to that money because the payoff included that payment. I told him it shouldn't because the payment was processed 11 days early, and we traded in that vehicle 8 days BEFORE it was even due. So, I'm out AN ENTIRE monthly payment because I'm a good customer & always make my payments early??!! Absolutely unacceptable, and a disgrace! Worst experience ever! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! Sales & leasing consultant Kyle T. was personable, knowledgeable, & honest from the get-go! Sharing my KBB & Consumer Report research with him was received with respect & understanding, & ultimately was the final basis for trading in our used Honda Civic to them. We got a fair deal! He provided a balance between his employer & my wife & I, explaining what he/the dealership could & could not do! From him, we gained valuable information about buying versus leasing & hybrid versus gas fueled cars. Ultimately, his time with us was invaluable because it helped us make our final choice, leasing a new Honda Accord LX. Even changing our minds about the car color & trim at the last minute, didn't phase him or the process! Our concern & request was received with a smile & let's do it! We went from silver/gray to white/ivory (tan). Also, Finance Manager, Boc N. made the always long, drawn out, arduous final paperwork process a personable, streamlined experience. From past experiences at other dealerships, we've come to dread getting hammered at the end of the process to buy unwanted assessories & warranty plans! While these things were mentioned, it was definitely a casual, friendly, soft sell! Going into the final paperwork process, we never intended to buy any additional extras except for wheel locks & splash guards. But Boc made us a great offer on the security system, Sky Link, that we just couldn't refuse! It was too good to not better ensure the security of our new car investment! Most people are skeptical about buying a used car and it can seem like such long process. I wasn't very happy about buying a new car. I've heard of norm reeves and decided to go in for a test drive. I went to 3 different dealers and most the salespeople were pushy and a turn off. I've gotten my car serviced at norm reeves before so I kinda thought they would help me out on a new ride. We walked in and talked with the receptionist and Wayne was there as a salesperson. So glad we met him! He helped us out and showed what makes sense for a used accord! After our test drive, Allen was his manager and he was so nice and helped us with our payment process and finances, we promised we would send friends and family to them because of the deal they gave us on a new 2011 accord! They didn't have the color we wanted but we decided for the silver. I will gladly send anyone their way because of their great service and all around easy going attitude! Thank you Wayne and Allen at Norm Reeves!!! More
