WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I got a Honda HRV in Oct 2018 and it has just been 7 months since. My car tire blew out and Honda is not ready to replace it. Instead you guys ask me I got a Honda HRV in Oct 2018 and it has just been 7 months since. My car tire blew out and Honda is not ready to replace it. Instead you guys ask me to contact the tire manufacturer. It is not my duty to go around calling manufacturers. It is the dealer's responsibility to replace my tires on a brand new car. And just when I am about to get my temporary registration and the keys to my new car, the phone rings. "So you're not financing through Honda financing?" "Nope." In that case, your service as a US veteran will not apply and your degree that earned, won't count either. I signed the paperwork. "Oh well." Ultimatum: use Honda financing or pay the $1000.
