We bought a car last Thursday July 28, 2022, great sales and customer service buying vehicle. Called back later in day to ask about missing key fob, told by finance manager that we would get a call back ne and customer service buying vehicle. Called back later in day to ask about missing key fob, told by finance manager that we would get a call back next day. No call back. Called again Friday, left message for Finance Manager and Sales rep, no call back Saturday. Called Saturday, identified issue with right front passenger window plus missing key fob, no call back. Called Monday, August 1, still no call back. We bought car for our Son that is a Marine stationed in Fort Pendleton, he is very busy training so we expected better service on return calls than this.
