I was told that the service would take about an hour. I waited around for more than an hour and a half. I walked over to Aaron’s desk and I noticed 4 guys talking and laughing amongst eachother but I did not see Aaron. I walked over and they told me that he was on lunch. I saw my key sitting on the desk on top of the RO. These guys were so busy talking to themselves that they couldn’t text or call me to notify me that my car was done. Very inconsiderate of peoples time. Very upsetting. More

Great service as always! I got my vehicle back at the appointed time. They checked my tires since I instructed them to check the front left tire but I think my tires were n I got my vehicle back at the appointed time. They checked my tires since I instructed them to check the front left tire but I think my tires were not inflated enough even though all 4 tires were between 33 to 38 psi. I would have preferred all tires were at 40 psi so I can always get a better mileage on my gas. More
