I love this dealership, but I had a bad experience this last visit. I went in for an oil change and waited 4 hours. I get that they were busy, but how are they going to put me in a category with other cust last visit. I went in for an oil change and waited 4 hours. I get that they were busy, but how are they going to put me in a category with other customers that are having big maintenance on their cars. They should have a better way of handling this. And oil change takes 20 minutes, even the rep said it and I waited 4 hours!! They should not put an oil change in the same line as a, let's say brakes or motor labor. More
