I went in for just an oil change at 7:30am and was offered to also fix a recall on my civic (the fuel pump) I agreed. Time est to collect my car was 12pm. I received a text stating my car was complete at 11:55am went over to pick up my car to find out it wasn’t complete. I was told to wait 20 mins at 12:00pm. I waited, then received a text at 1:00pm stating, “ Just about done , he is running pressure checks to make sure all ok--apologies for the delay , the machine had went down but earlier before your car was in shop , but we got a new machine -about 20 more min”. Ok fine but why wasn’t I told when I dropped off my car at 7:30 am that the machine wasn’t working before I was offered a service that supposedly needed a machine to replace? Now an hour waiting it hits 1:30 no update no text nothing. It hits 1:55,still nothing and now I’m walking around asking around for my car when I was told 20 mins 30 mins ago? Then it hit 2 then 2:30 and I finally get my car back after waiting almost 3 hours. Then was told they fixed another recall the ac compressor I wasn’t aware about nor was told that would be done to my car. On the invoice it started that I stated the ac wasn’t working which never happened. Then also stated my tires had EXTREME wear when I just got them four months ago brand new? That’s just wrong and more lies. All they said was sorry for the miscommunication and gave an and unwanted $60 credit. No one could tell me why they had me waiting almost 7.5 HOURS for an oil change and fuel pump change that takes at most 2 hours to complete, 3 MAYBE if there’s a queue which I wasn’t told about bc when I made the appointment I was signed up for a express service but wasn’t told that had changed and I had confirmed that while discussing a timeframe of pick up for my car. Horrible. A whole day wasted because they could not communicate properly and did extra services to my car without talking to me first. I hope this is resolved quickly as they price themselves on being the best and yet I’ve had issues each time I’ve gone for only an oil change. Every time they have kept my car for 3-4 hours for just a 15 min oil change. Horrible. More

This dealership has great service, I was in the other day for an oil change and alignment. After the test drive they did, they found a different problem about loud road noise with the back right tire. The pe for an oil change and alignment. The person I was dealing with was Leo, he was great, offered me a good deal on the inspection fee and the repair was under my warranty. At the end of the day I’m driving a much quieter car and that wouldn’t have happened if they didn’t do the test drive. Thank you Leo, I’ll be back for sure in the future. More
Very poor customer service wasnt told that my rearbtake light was out. only found out by passing motorist.
