My service advisor didn’t call me back until I left 2 or 3 messages for him. And the problem still isn’t corrected. It was fixed until today and the light came back on. Hi this is complain regarding customer service person at your dealership , her name is Julie canales , she is very rude , she wasn’t paying attention when I’m talking to her I don’t like the way she’s talk your dealership , her name is Julie canales , she is very rude , she wasn’t paying attention when I’m talking to her I don’t like the way she’s talking to me On 9/10/23 at 8 am ,I drop off my car Honda pilot EXL at the dealer Cerritos there is recall on it and need maintenance After I drop off I asked for a ride , she told me there is no ride and this is not my first time going to the dealer. Usually when I go there they give me a shatil to go home. After they fix my car, I ask to reimburse my Uber payment which is in $65 the ride from home to the dealer and from dealer to the home. And they did not pay me that. More
