Everyone was very nice and polite. I just wish that the waiting area had better amenities like snacks and drinks. Also the store lacks honda items like sun shades with honda logo. Finally I wish that the turn around time for oil change wouldn't take 2.5 hrs with appointment it's just to long also other dealers give a free wash with each service. More
I'll give a positive rating because it is not the service persons fault that affected my my experience. I bought a pretty expensive vehicle from this dealership and added the tow hitch since my nephew is persons fault that affected my my experience. I bought a pretty expensive vehicle from this dealership and added the tow hitch since my nephew is special needs. I need it to attach his wheel chair. I called the service dept a few days after my purchase and set up an appt for Saturday 10/05. My work schedule changed so i moved it to 10/02. I worked a half day so that I can bring the car in. Once I arrived and the vehicle was checked in, about 15 min later, i get informed that the person that installs the tow hitch does not work passed a certain time and this service needs to be done at a certain time and come to find out, the person does not work on Saturdays. Even if I kept my original appt, it would not have been able to be installed. No one apparently knew this. After purchasing the car, I went to parts to confirm the parts were there (they did not advise me on it) and then I went to the service dept and they also did not give me that information. When I called to make 2 appointments, they also did not know that only one person knows how to install the tow hitch. I was not offered a loaner car, i assume this type of service does not warrant that? I should remind you, that I walked out of there with a $75k car after taxes and fees. No loaner. The service person that helped me was nice and apologetic but no other type of service recovery was extended to me. I had to call my wife to come get me. I had to find a ride for work the next day and I was able to pick up the car after the service department was closed. This is my 1st experience at a Honda dealership. The cars that I purchased in the past were different makes. Again, you might think this is a tow hitch, no big deal but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth considering I had to figure out how to resolve my issue since nothing was offered to me as a solution aside from leave the car or come back another day but I had to make sure to bring it back when this one particular person worked so it can get done. Seems like no one had any idea over there of anything involving this service. More
