I made an appointment for a windshield issue but when I took my vehicle in, my service advisor still had to call the windshield person to come in , which they cancel later that day. They had them reschedul took my vehicle in, my service advisor still had to call the windshield person to come in , which they cancel later that day. They had them rescheduled for the next day. I understand it’s an outside company they used but I thought I had an appointment to coordinate the day my car was going to be in. What I thought was going to take one day, took 3 days. I had to figure out a way to get around since I was expecting my vehicle to be in the shop for 1 day.
