She was very easy to work with, she was honest, put everything upfront, no hiding, no gimmick and not pushy at all. Valerie informed us that the color we wanted was sold out the night before we planned to drive over to make the purchase. But we still decided to drive to Norm Reeve because of the super good impression Valerie left us over the phone and all the work she has done so far to buy a different colored one which is also acceptable to us. We didn't get a chance to meet Valerie since she is in the training. She arranged for Michelle to help us, who was also very nice and patient, and took care of everything for us...
