Fantastic! Mr. Ivan was the sweetest person ever! When I got to the dealer, he approached us and asked if we needed any help and I asked about the car I wanted a Mr. Ivan was the sweetest person ever! When I got to the dealer, he approached us and asked if we needed any help and I asked about the car I wanted and in a second took me to it and took me for a ride! I am a very hard to make decisions but he was so patient and encouraging! I am also super silly and he was high five-ing me and I loved it! Also, during the financing I was a bit hard to work because of my limitation and he was super helpful and arrange the perfect payments for me. He walk me through step by step on how payments are developed and I was able to understand everything of it! He also provided me with great tips! In addition of all his kindness, he stay until pass midnight to give me my new car and walk me through all the details of the car! That was super amazing, we where all tire and sleepy but he did not stop! He was smiling and happy for me for my new car! Lastly, he took a picture of us and send the picture to me the next day!
