Very pleasant experience with the salesperson, Ty. Mr. Ty is not pushy and takes the time to show you the vehicle. He came on his day off to help me buy my car so I would not have to miss work. He is patient and took the time to show all the features of the car to my son. He really made the process very smooth. He gave us the best price on the car. The finance guy was another story, I will never do business with Ramsay. He left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to Honda Reeves because of him. I felt cheated by him and felt my requests were not met. He pushed me to make decisions against my will. I had to miss work and return 2 days later to do the whole contract again. I felt locked into keeping the alarm as I felt if I refused it , he may tamper with it in retaliation and may ruin even the factory alarm. He gives you the feeling that he is your best friend but in reality he tries to do things without your knowledge. He sent my finance paperwork to a different bank and messed up the application for the bank I requested and wrote a higher APR on the app but told me otherwise. Take your time to read and look at all the numbers because he will try to hide stuff and make you sign. Because of the finance I am not going to return to Honda Reeves as his work reflects on the dealership. More
