took an hour and half drive to get my van here. Contacted Norm Reeves honda's internet sales dept for a quote on an Odyssey. Replied with a very fair price in an hour and beat all the local honda dealer's prices. When I tried to have my local dealer match the price, the sales guy said "they are lying. if that price is true i suggest you run there and buy it". so I did. paid the exact out of door price as quoted. whole process took 30 minutes and zero attempt to tag on "dealer installed packages" or "alarm system". took an hour and half drive but i saved hundreds and zero hassle. Sales guy answered all questions quickly over email/text without any of the "We have to make money. nobody will sell you at a loss" BS. Now the local dealer is trying to call 3 times a day. the last message is "we will call daily until you reply". Thank god for google voice and caller ID. Next time I will save my time and go straight to Norm Reeves. No wonder the other dealers won't ask you to review them. More
