No communication, my car sat for 12 days (later found out was already “diagnosed”) but it took me going up there and asking for my car back for me to get answers. Don’t call cause the service advisors never was already “diagnosed”) but it took me going up there and asking for my car back for me to get answers. Don’t call cause the service advisors never return calls. Then received my car with a interior trim piece broken. However I won’t be going back even for the trim, I don’t trust the techs they have working on my Genesis. would not recommend. Bad diagnosis on the technicians end, even when I stated what the exact problem was (since I’m a tech myself but car is under warranty so I can’t touch it.) More

Worst customer service ever, I never received a call back regarding the car I just bought that needed service. I feel the service that was performed was overpriced, the bill was not itemized. Paperwork to the car was lost for 2 months something I never knew, I asked for documents to be sent to a certain tag agency in Oklahoma, and they sent it to the tag agency they wanted to send it to. I never received the tag. Business seems totally unorganized. More
