I called the dealership and made an appointment with Mr. O'Connor, I arrived on time and the whole dealership knew I was coming, the receptionist, Francesca, called me by name and then Mr O'Connor promptly arrived with his hand extended. We toured the lot and was unable to find a vehicle that I was interested in, but Mr. O'Connor wasnt going to let that stop me from purchasing. He got on his computer, his slooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, 1985 computer, complete with 3.5 floppy disk and found me the truck I wanted in the next town. Cerritos Ford secured and obtained my vehicle. I arrived the next day, and the truck had all the bells and whistles that anyone could want. Mr. O'Connor personally showed me how to operate all the Sync services, paired my phone, answered all of my questions about the vehicle. We went back to his desk, he verified that I was happy, handed me off to the finance person, Fabby, and within minutes I was on my way in my new vehicle. I ended up finding a great deal on a slightly used 2010 Ford Escape, and had all the specifications that I wanted. Even after my purchase Victor was great at following up to make sure that I was happy with my new car. I had a small crack in the windshield and everyone I spoke to at the dealership was extremely helpful and willing to take care of it. Overall I had a fantastic experience, and it was completely stress free.
