On 10/10/24 I visited norm reeves cerritos Ford and took my 2013 Ford Edge Sel to have a routine maintenance work done, my service advisor Rafael Gonzales helped me as he has done in the past. Rafael’s prof my 2013 Ford Edge Sel to have a routine maintenance work done, my service advisor Rafael Gonzales helped me as he has done in the past. Rafael’s professionalism and friendliness is what keeps me coming back to this dealership. Rafael assured me that my car would be taken care of on time along with an up front quote and he would call back with any issues that came up. He informed me that my battery and the negative post had some very bad corrosion and had to be replaced, once the work was done he had my car washed and vacuumed in a very short time which was much appreciated.
