I came in to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was ver satisfied with the service. The representative was very Helpful, Knowledgeable, Polite and Respectful. The process of my service was explained to me in detail. All my questions was answered and I was satisfied. The service representative even looked into my records to see if additional work was needed. The whole process was very straightforward, Smooth and Quick. I was even offered Coffee or Water while I waited for my vehicle. I was also periodically informed about how long I had left. I would recommend Nissan of the Bronx to anyone and everyone.
