I have been going to Nissan of the Bronx, formerly Teddy Nissan, for about 15 years.I have always been satisfied with the service and the attention i received. Not this time, I did not get professional a Nissan, for about 15 years.I have always been satisfied with the service and the attention i received. Realizan un muy buen servicio en cuanto a trabajo y hay muchas personas buenas en el personal, pero lamentablemente hay un efecto embudo que por algunas personas se mancha el servicio en general, no me ext muchas personas buenas en el personal, pero lamentablemente hay un efecto embudo que por algunas personas se mancha el servicio en general, no me extenderé mucho porque si tendría muchísimas cosas por decir pero con tal solo decir que dicen “Que te llamaran” de inmediato y nunca lo hace y luego ignora tus llamadas hasta el punto que fui a las 5 a buscar mi carro y con lo primero que me recibe “Tienes que venir mañana porque cerramos a la 5” y por suerte mi respuesta fue “No, ustedes cierran a las 5:30 p.m. y vengo a buscar el carro”. Al final el carro estaba listo y me lo llevé solucionado, pero ni me habia enterado, la incertidumbre hace que decidas no obtener el servicio cuando ni sabes cuando lo entregarán ni tienes contacto sobre tu auto que pagas y más aún cuando en él trabajas y con él pagas tus bills, al final te acusa de desesperado por no aceptar el mal servicio que ofrece. Y la excusa para no contestar en todo el día “Es que hay muchos clientes”, sí, okay, ¿Y yo qué soy? ¿Un semáforo? More
