My name is Marisol Rodriguez I bought a 2021 Nissan rogue I went with the dash board of my car eaten by the rats they ate the parts away of the engine part of the riding hardness I bring the car in a rogue I went with the dash board of my car eaten by the rats they ate the parts away of the engine part of the riding hardness I bring the car in and that the insurance will pay for it but they didn’t tell me that it was going to be $14,036.00 when I was told this cost $1,200 and the job will cost $800 to put it on. Bringing my car in the Nissan of the bronx change I consider thats unethical… I wouldn’t pay for that much because in another place they would off charge me $2,600 this is a theft what ever you do don’t bring your car to the Nissan of the Bronx they will ripped you off. I recommend that you guys don’t take your car to the Nissan of the Bronx because the will put the theft under your insurance how they going to this to me without telling me and not knowing my insurance will go up they will tell rip you off the Nissan service really sucks the manager is not on top of his people they are really nasty like adilka and the manager he was the white guy there they wake up the right side of the bed. The difference of $1436 for the wiring harness and the $800 for the installs to $14,036 is too much money why that up charge are they taking this money and picking it to them selves? from now on I dont want to do business with them and I will go back to coppolle m. The Nissan of the Bronx they very abusive, very rude and they condoned this type of behavior this dealer ship sucks I thought the recommendation my friend gave was good I only know that the guys in the show room are very nice specially my dealer guy Juan Garcia I give those guys a 5 but the service department needs to be very it’s new employees that know what they doing charging and treat people nicely without us bringing it to service Nissan is will loose this is totally unfair I hope other people are putting in their reviews and that someone take action of this and see the unfairness that’s going on.
